Take a moment to learn some tips on how to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing. This month's topic is ASMR.   What is ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response)? It's the deep relaxation and pleasant tingling sensation some people feel in response to whispering, crisp sounds, and slow movements. It can even help some people with sleep. We will look at some current research and watch a few videos to trigger the ASMR response.
