Meeting Rooms at Medina Library
Medina Library Community Room
Seating: 140 theater or 75 classroom. The room can be divided in half and seating capacity on each side will be somewhat less than half.
Amenities: Tables and chairs, kitchen with sink, refrigerator and microwave, phone, projection unit and screen, DVD player, wireless Internet access, wireless handheld or lapel microphone, wireless listening devices for the hearing impaired, lectern, VGA adapters to connect your laptop computer to projection unit (please check with your branch prior to your event to make sure things go smoothly).
Availability: Meetings must begin during library hours. A separate exit allows meetings to continue after library hours.
Medina Library Second Floor Conference Room (1907 Room)
Amenities: Tables and chairs, phone, wireless Internet access
Availability: During library hours. Note: Due to construction at Medina Library, the 1907 Room is not available for reservation now through Fall 2019.
Medina Library Third Floor Conference Room (Medina Room)
Seating: 12 at the table plus 20 audience
Amenities: Tables and chairs, sink, phone, wireless Internet access, DVD player, system for wirelessly displaying your laptop or portable device.
Availability: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Note: Non-profit groups follow the fee scale used by for-profit groups for this room.
